It is our priority to ensure that you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products from mad+wise.
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a full refund for the item(s) that you purchase (excluding shipping cost), provided they are unworn, unwashed and we receive the items within 30 days after the product has been delivered. The clothing items must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odours.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to email@example.com within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to us via email, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item then please follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping) for your original order once we receive it.
How do I make a claim?
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details.
- Repackage the item(s) you are returning securely.
- Include a copy of your packing slip and the order# with the item(s) you are returning.

- Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.
